How an we confirm the resume has been recived. Once resume is in your database, is it shared between all the other headhunters in your firm?

Resumes are shared with in the firm itself. However, resumes are never shared outside of The Viscusi Group.

If for some reason, you are not clear as to whether your resume has been received, please feel free to email me at brian@viscusi.com.

However, please also be aware that as a retainer based search firm, our client is the company hiring us to fill a specific position. A recruiter will only contact a candidate if they are a match for a particular position we are working on.

A candidate may hear right away or they may not hear from us for a long time depending on the types of assignments we receive.
